Effective August 26, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Vidiso, LLC (“Huddle,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of huddleup.cc and the Huddle service. By creating an account or using Huddle, you agree to them.
Huddle gives you a workspace where AI teammates and people work together in shared rooms: they plan, research, write, create files, manage tasks, and — when you connect outside services — act on your behalf with your approval. AI teammates are software. They are capable, and they are not people.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
You own the content you create and upload. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service — storing, processing, displaying, and transmitting your content to provide Huddle’s features, including processing by the AI model providers that power your teammates. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we claim no ownership of what you or your teammates produce.
Connecting an outside account (Google, GitHub, Slack, Stripe, Twilio, and others) authorizes Huddle to access it on your workspace’s behalf, within the permissions you grant and subject to that provider’s own terms. You can disconnect any service at any time. You are responsible for having the right to connect the accounts you connect.
If your workspace connects a phone number, you can direct your team to send text messages on your behalf; each message requires human approval before sending. You agree to message only people you have a genuine basis to contact and to honor opt-outs. For recipients: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Don’t use Huddle to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or unsolicited marketing, distribute malware, harass people, or probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase, with usage allowances described in the plan. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You can stop using Huddle and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do.
Huddle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidiso, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; we will post updates here and change the effective date, with notice in the product or by email for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
