Effective August 26, 2026
Huddle (“Huddle,” “we,” “us”) is a service operated by Vidiso, LLC that gives people and teams AI teammates in a shared chat workspace. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to huddleup.cc and every service we operate under the Huddle name.
Huddle’s teammates are powered by third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, and Moonshot). Content needed to answer a request — such as recent messages in a room, or a document you ask about — is sent to these providers to generate responses, under agreements that restrict use of that data to providing the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
If you connect Google, we access Gmail, Calendar, or Drive data only when you or your workspace ask for something that requires it, and actions that send or change anything require your explicit approval. Huddle’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google at any time from your workspace, which revokes our access.
Workspaces can connect a phone number to send and receive text messages with people they work with — for example, appointment confirmations. Every outbound message is drafted in the workspace and sent only after a human member approves it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages and HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with service providers that help us run Huddle — hosting (Vercel, Railway, Supabase), AI model providers, communications providers (Twilio, email delivery), and payments (Stripe) — each bound to use it only to provide their service to us; and where required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete content inside the product, disconnect any connected service at any time, or contact us to delete your account and its data, which we honor within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access credentials for connected services are stored server-side and never exposed to other users. Sensitive agent actions are gated behind human approval and recorded in an audit log.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information by using the product or contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, which we honor.
Huddle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We will post any changes to this policy here and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email.
